About the Hall of Fame
The Linden Athletic Hall of Fame, Inc. was founded on February 16, 2006 by a group of individuals who care deeply for the city of Linden and the history of its athletes. Our exploratory committee has since grown to a twenty plus group with elected officers and great plans for the future.
Our Goals
Our goals are two fold; first, to honor outstanding male and female athletes, coaches, teams and other individuals who have contributed to the athletic, academic or civic success of the Linden community and second, to present scholarships to Linden High School seniors who plan on attending college.
Currently, we have three scholarships in place and we are hoping for more:
-The Kurt Michael Wolf Scholarship ($1,000) will be presented for high academics and is financed by the Linden Athletic Hall of Fame Organization.
-The Paul Blue Scholarship will be presented to a male or female athlete
who has participated in Cross Country, Winter Track or Spring Track. This scholarship is financed by the Linden Education Association Philanthropic
Fund ($500).
-Linden Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees Scholarship ($1000)
